Quantum Foods began selling fresh-cut, marinated steaks to casual dining restaurant chains in 1992. In 1994, Quantum Foods became a major supplier to the U.S. military. And we have continued to add market segments by reinvesting in the business and keeping our facilities, equipment and capabilities “leading edge.”
