Our own Executive Chef works closely with your Executive Chef in our test kitchens to develop flavor profiles and cook types that enhance your menu. This culinary-to-culinary collaboration speeds the custom product development process, and moves ideas from the test kitchen to the customer plate faster and more efficiently.
Menu solutions can be quickly transferred from test kitchen to R&D for feasibility and final cost analysis, and then onto manufacturing, in our Pilot Plant for testing runs that mimic full production on a smaller scale, or to our full capacity facilities that can roll out consistent, high-quality product for national and international distribution.
