If you’ve read our history or studied our Mission, Values and Commitment statements, you know that while we have grown into a 1,500 person-strong organization, we retain the passion for satisfying customers that spurred Ed Bleka to start Quantum Foods back in 1990.

Ed and his family continue to be deeply involved in the company, providing the guidance and insight that have made us a trusted partner to organizations as large as the U.S. military and to nearly 30 of the world’s top 50 restaurant chains.
